Prior to selecting from our range of practical in-person or no travel training sessions, it is imperative that you are enrolled in one of our Certification Courses. These sessions will provide guidance on effectively facilitating your curriculum programs, with the horses serving as the teachers. Horses speak one language globally and you will work with our horses to be able to transfer the learning to your horses.

Deroche is a beautiful little community about 20 kilometres east of Mission, B.C., on the incredibly scenic Highway 7.
Located at the foot of Nicomen Mountain, this photo shows Nicomen Slough, which is across from Nicomen Island on the Fraser River.
Surrounded by farmland and dominated by mountains, Sasquatch are said to have visited the area over the years. What are your chances of seeing a Sasquatch? We’d venture to say it’s fairly unlikely, because the big, hairy, ape-like creatures, if they exist at all, are said to be extremely shy.

Now, you have the opportunity to undergo practical training from the comfort of your own home, gaining insight into how you'll guide your clients toward success.
So, even if traveling isn't an option for you right now, you can still achieve certification!

No need to travel for training to ensure optimal learning! We've introduced virtual training, allowing you to commence your journey from the comfort of your own home. This virtual platform includes extensive videos showcasing the hands-on aspects of our three-day practical training, giving you a sense of how you'll interact with the horses and facilitate sessions.
You'll also learn how to structure programs for your clients' success. Upon completion, your certificate will be delivered to you. You can progress through this course at your own pace and you will send us a few videos of you facilitating an exercise and send back to us for feedback.
This is just another way Equine Connection is working towards you being able to live your dreams of working with horses to help humans!
