How do you intend to use your empowerment?

People often ask how they can become empowered, but few ask themselves what they will do with their power when they accomplish it.

There are many reasons why people want to be fully in charge of themselves and their lives.

Sometimes they wish to acquire a fortune; sometimes they want to live simply in freedom.

Still others opt to change the world by empowering others.

In all of my work before I became a Certified Master Instructor for the EAL Building Block Program, empowering others was a central component and the reason I found the work purposeful. In my current business, Equine Connection, it is all about that.

In my sales career, I empowered women to feel good on the outside with clothing by empowering themselves on the inside to make their choices and handle their own careers.

In my work with the Strathmore Rodeo, I worked to empower volunteers and team members to bring fresh excitement into an amazing tradition.

Within Equine Connection now, I invite people to become empowered by learning from my horses.
The whole program is dedicated to the well-being of the horse and how they communicate with those who are coming to them for help in finding their purpose and their empowerment.
Horses are amazing teachers because they intuitively know the truth. They consistently react to the stimulus provided by the participants. The horses don’t judge, but they constantly assess. Their feedback is honest and instant. Learning to listen, to hear and to see what horses have to say is imperative to the success of your experience.

My empowerment enables me to run a business that changes people’s lives. By adding a business component, they are not only able to live more empowered, but they are able to make a living using their new skill.

My intent from my empowerment is to ensure that each person who leaves my program has an additional component that empowers them to make a living doing the purposeful work of empowering others.

My work life now finds me offering travelling EAL Schools around the world for interested and passionate women and men four times a year. In addition, I offer multiple EAL schools from my home base near Calgary.

I am empowered to do the most purposeful job on earth and it ignites me every day and fuels others.

If you opt to strive for this form of empowerment, which is to empower yourself to empower others, then your life will be rich with purpose and energy and at the end of it all, you will be able to rest easy.
